Steve, now that we have completed the purchase of our place in Tequesta, we would like to express our thanks for all the assistance you provided.

Before we came to Florida, we supplied you with the criteria of the property we would like to purchase. In response, you sent us an ample number of listings that enabled us to view the places that met those criteria. Being 800 miles away, this was exactly what we needed to make our weekend trip to Florida more effective. You made the appointments for the properties we wanted to see, never once being impatient; although, we saw many properties from daylight to dark with many miles of traveling.

Before making our decision, we e-mailed and called you many times; promptly, you responded, answering our questions and gathering information for us. Once we made our choices, your constant attention to the paper work and negotiations helped make the deal go smoothly.

You went above and beyond the normal duties of a Real Estate Agent, and your patience and persistence are remarkable, which made it a pleasure to deal with you.

I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who is looking for real estate, because you would do a good job for them.
